Renewals at a glance

What to expect?

  •  Email reminders prompting you to renew will begin 90 days prior to your plan renew date.
  •  Review your plan(s).
    •  Determine if any changes are needed.
      •  Changes to maximums
      •  Deductibles
      •  Copays
  •  If you haven’t already renewed your plans, contact your HealthEquity service team.
  •  Make sure you submit any plan changes at least 45 days prior to your plan renewal date to avoid any member disruption.
