Welcome to HealthEquity

Your Umpqua Bank HSA will be transferred to HealthEquity

We are excited for the opportunity to serve you and continue building your health savings. With this transition, you will begin receiving the world-class service for which HealthEquity is recognized. Below is a detailed timeline of the transition:

Timeline

Week of 7/24/2023 HealthEquity® Visa® Health Account Card1 and welcome kit to arrive in the mail. When it arrives, be sure to update your direct deposit contribution information with your employer.
7/24/2023 Contributions may be directed to HealthEquity
7/28/2023 Final day to opt-out of the transfer and either liquidate your Health Savings Account (HSA) or complete a transfer request for your HSA to another custodian
8/3/2023 Final day to use your Umpqua Bank debit card or request distributions from your HSA.
8/8/2023 Account balances are transferred from Umpqua Bank to HealthEquity. All contributions should be directed to your HealthEquity HSA.
8/9/2023 Your HSA assets will be available at HealthEquity. Starting on this date, you will be able to invest in the mutual funds that are available on the HealthEquity platform.2
