Welcome to HealthEquity

Your HSA will be transitioned to HealthEquity

We are excited for the opportunity to serve you and continue building your health savings. With this transition, you will begin receiving the world-class service for which HealthEquity is recognized. Below is a detailed timeline of the transition:

Timeline

January 18, 2022 HealthSavings Administrators custodial resignation letter mailed to existing account holders.
January 28, 2022 Last day to send enrollments to HealthSavings.
January 31, 2022 All enrollments should be directed to HealthEquity.
Week of February 7, 2022 A new HealthEquity® Visa® Health Account Card1 and welcome kit will begin arriving in employee mailboxes, allowing them to access the HealthEquity Member Portal.
February 18, 2022 Final day to use the HealthSavings debit card, request distributions, or make investment trades from the HSA, including to transfer amounts from the Liquidating Funds to the Continuing Funds and Freezing Funds. (This is the start of the blackout period.)
February 18, 2022 Last day to make contributions to the HealthSavings HSA
February 19, 2022 All contributions should be directed to the HealthEquity HSA.
March 2, 2022 Account balances and in-kind investment holdings are transferred to the HealthEquity HSA.
March 3, 2022 Blackout period ends. The HSA cash (including proceeds from liquidating holdings, if any, in the Liquidating Funds) and investments will be available at HealthEquity. Starting on this date, employees will be able to make changes to their investments.
