| 10/15/21 | Member resignation letter sent |
| 11/16/21 | UMB custodial resignation letter mailed to any new account holders enrolled since October 15 |
| Week of 11/29/21 | Cards and welcome kits (mailed together) will be sent to accountholders allowing them to access the HealthEquity member site |
| 12/1/21 | Last day to contribute or invest additional dollars at UMB |
| 12/7/21 | Last day to use WageWorks HSA debit card |
| 12/9/21 | Investments in WageWorks HSAs will be liquidated by UMB |
| 12/16/21 | Account balances are transferred from UMB to HealthEquity |
| 12/17/21 | Funds will be available on HealthEquity HSA cards1 with balances from UMB |
