Key Areas of Focus and Objectives

CIS guides clients through all facets of consumer driven benefit implementations, focusing on:

  • The Service Experience. We help our clients and partners through the onboarding experience, taking our time to understand complexities, identify optimal solutions, and build meaningful relationships.
  • Collaboration and Communication. Through open communication we engage our clients to design plans that meets the needs of their members, identify and mitigate risks, and openly communicate with our clients.
  • Project Tracking and Management. We consult with our clients during the implementation process, lead client meetings, monitor project milestones, maintain comprehensive project plans with real-time updates, and track progress through to completion.
  • Technical Integrations. We understand the complexities of file and system integrations and engage closely with the client and respective vendors to build a configurable and sustainable solution.
  • Configuration and Operational Support. We establish products and services as designed in the contracting and requirements process, perform due diligence as defined through audit controls, monitor plan design to ensure compliance, and engage the client to ensure business needs are met.
  • Efficiency and Effectiveness. We consistently review and enhance our processes for optimal efficiency, carefully balance the need for scalability with the service experience, seek new tools to automate administrative and operational tasks, and develop client resources that are informative and effective.
