We are excited for the opportunity to serve you. Beginning in November, Alliant's health savings accounts (HSAs) will receive the world-class service for which HealthEquity is recognized.
We are pleased to let you know that pursuant to the fee schedule in effect following the transition, HealthEquity will continue Alliant’s tradition of having no monthly account maintenance fees for your HSA. This will be reflected in the fee schedule you will receive, along with your HealthEquity HSA debit card and welcome kit, in early November.

| November 10, 2017 | Balance available on HealthEquity card |
